The symposium will be held in Baton Rouge, LA at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center on the bank of the Mississippi River, Nov. 6th, 2012.
The symposium “EnvironmentalHealth: Intersection of Chemistry and Biology” topics will bridge chemistry, biology, and toxicology for the purpose of exploring the environmental risk and impacts onhuman health. The symposium will address aspects of identified pollutantsystems associated with air, water and soil pollution, including man-madenanomaterials. Students and post doctoral fellows are encouraged to attend the symposium and will have the opportunity togive oral presentations and interact with industrial leaders in the field of environmental research.
